• DeForge provides branding, design, and web services as outlined in project proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate briefs, assets, and timely feedback.

• Secure licenses for third-party materials (e.g., stock images).

3. Payments

• 50% deposit to start projects; balance due before delivery.

4. Revisions

• Includes UNLIMITED rounds of revisions;

5. Intellectual Property

• Final designs are transferred to you upon full payment.

• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio (unless under NDA).

6. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss, profits).

7. Termination

• Either party may cancel with written notice; deposits are non-refundable.
